You keep your data and everything you built—your front-end product, your customizations, your trained models. The underlying SIA components require an active license to run, your assets remain yours.
Can I switch from Managed to Implementation later?
Yes. Some clients start with Managed while building internal capability, then transition. However, if you need ongoing product development—new features, continuous improvements—Managed keeps your dedicated team in place. Switching to Implementation means taking over development yourself.
How long does implementation take?
Typical implementations take 8-16 weeks depending on complexity. We guarantee delivery dates.
Do I need special hardware?
The SIA runs on standard cloud or on-premises infrastructure. Typically less than you'd expect.
What's included in ongoing SIA maintenance?
Security patches, component updates, compatibility maintenance, and technical support. Product development—new features, customizations, improvements—is separate, included with Managed or available as additional engagement.
